(NASDAQ: LPCN), a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced the receipt of $10.0 million in January 2018 by means of a Loan and Security Agreement between the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Lipocine Operating Inc., and Silicon Valley Bank ("SVB"), the bank of the world's most innovative companies and their investors, dated January 5, 2018.
